Jet Marketing started in 2009, and while our clients and team have grown and evolved over the years, our focus hasn’t changed. Great work happens when people genuinely enjoy collaborating and trust one another. We work closely with our clients as partners—listening first, thinking strategically, and showing up with solutions that are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget. At the end of the day, it’s about doing meaningful work together and doing it well.
Meet The Crew
JACKIE O’HARA | Founder & Owner (the “J” in Jet)
A business degree from Colorado State University set Jackie up for a successful career in marketing. It has come full circle from her first job at an agency the day she graduated to starting her own in 2009. If she isn’t in the office or traveling to see clients, you might catch her watching or playing golf, or cheering on her beloved Rams at Canvas Stadium or Moby Arena. She and her husband, Tim, are proud parents of Newberg, an English yellow lab, two daughters and one granddog.
Favorite Place to Travel: Colorado is her native home and a great place to base travels from. Recent trips to the Bahamas with family make it an official favorite place. Second favorite seems to be wherever the Rams travel.
Dream in Life: Don’t ask her if she is retiring anytime soon, as there are so many more things to accomplish. Living on 10 acres means an endless list of chores, but it's rewarding to watch things grow and have a sense of space. Finding more time to breathe and actually finishing a cup of coffee before it gets cold are short-term dreams.

- She used to ride a dirt bike (motorcycle)
- She treasures her “real” cowboy boots
- She can still recite the Norwegian finger-naming rhyme her grandfather taught her when she was little
ERIN ROGERS | Creative Director (the "E" in Jet)
Erin grew up thinking she would be a surfer one day, but that is a hard dream to fulfill when you are living in the midwest. She never really considered herself brave, but reflecting on the time she ventured solo across the country to settle on the West Coast at the age of 21, she is very proud of that young woman! Today you’ll find her carting her two boys to their baseball games, then, with any luck, relaxing with a glass of wine afterward.
Favorite Place to Travel: Anywhere that is warm and has a beach.
Dream in Life: She’d love to go to Greece and just travel more in general. She finds other cultures to be so fascinating and would love to see more!

JENN UMLAND | Communications & Operations Director
Jenn credits her parents for her love of music, dating back to the early days of George Strait, Eagles, and Styx. Her passion for sports she owes to the Colorado Silver Bullets. In her free time, you might catch Jenn at a game, country concert or Colorado must-see destination with her husband, two daughters and Jack Russell terrier, Chester, in the family’s Sprinter van.
Favorite Place to Travel: There is so much she hasn't seen in Colorado, so exploring our state is always first on the travel itinerary. She also likes to follow her favorite artists and sports teams around the United States and attend the concerts and events in different venues and arenas.
Dream in Life: Jenn believes her purpose on this earth is to spread love and kindness. Her life's aspiration is to achieve this goal through raising her two beautiful daughters and fostering meaningful relationships.

- She had perfect attendance throughout elementary school
- She loves a good NASCAR race
- She cannot wink
CAROLINE GETTIS | Digital & Social Coordinator
Caroline believes there's almost nothing that can't be made better with live music, a pretty sunset, good food or the company of friends and family. When she's not working, she's probably planning her next concert or spending time with the people (and animals) she loves most.
Favorite Place to Travel: As a Colorado transplant, Caroline loves exploring everything the state has to offer. But when it's time for a getaway, you'll most likely find her relaxing on a beach in California or back home along the Jersey Shore.
Dream in Life: Caroline hopes to build a life that positively impacts others while pursuing work that brings purpose, fulfillment and meaningful connections every day.

- She has traveled to Iceland
- Her Spotify Wrapped hits at least 45,000 minutes of music listened every year
Karla Oceanak | Copywriter & Special Advisor
Karla is mountains over beaches, home-cooked over haute cuisine, books over movies (which is saying something, because she loves movies, especially goofy comedies). She can also play a mean game of Words with Friends.
Favorite Place to Travel: While she loves traveling anywhere, her most frequent getaway is to her family's cabin in the northern Colorado mountains. It’s so peaceful and beautiful there.
Dream in Life: Karla and her husband are planning to renovate an old house, and after it’s finished, they hope to create a lovely cottage garden there.

- She's from Minnesota
- She has three sons
- Under the silly pen name “Ann E. Briated,” she wrote a popular “pitcher book” for grown-ups titled “Goodnight Brew”
Kathryn Kudra | Digital Strategist & Special Advisor
A Colorado native and Colorado State University graduate, Kathryn began her marketing career as an intern at Jet while finishing school. After graduating in 2019, she built her digital marketing expertise, working with clients ranging from fast-growing startups to enterprise brands. She specializes in digital strategy and performance marketing, helping clients turn data into meaningful business growth through thoughtful planning, analysis, and optimization.
Favorite Place to Travel: While Colorado will always be home, she loves exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. Hawaii quickly became a favorite after a recent trip, and a visit to Italy left her counting down the days until she can return.
Dream in Life: To never stop exploring. Whether it's traveling somewhere new, taking on a new challenge, training for a race, or continuing to grow professionally, she hopes to build a life filled with experiences, learning, and meaningful connections.

She is always working on perfecting the science (and patience) behind a great homemade sourdough loaf.

She never passes up the opportunity to search for the perfect coffee shop atmosphere and roast in every city she visits.

She started as Jackie's intern in 2018, and Jet couldn't keep her away.
Newberg | Office Dog
A Colorado native, Newberg is part of the Jet team most days. After a morning greeting and a few belly rubs, she settles into her favorite napping spots, only to be reenergized when the Fed Ex truck arrives, with a delivery.
Favorite Place to Travel: She loves to go for car rides, wherever those take her, and she loves to run in the pastures that surround the office.
Dream in Life: Uh duh – the next BarkBox of course. She recognizes when the monthly shipment arrives and she’ll do almost anything to see what the contents include.

- Snuggling is her favorite pasttime
- She loves mealtimes, every day at 6, noon, and 5
- She loves a good stick and the soft stuffed toys
