If 2024 was the year we embraced short-form video, 2025 was the year we truly dove in. At Jet Marketing, we produced dozens of reels across our rural healthcare clients. Each reel was an opportunity to experiment, refine our approach, and learn what really captures attention in a crowded digital space. From storytelling and behind-the-scenes moments to patient narratives, educational clips, and community spotlights, we discovered that authenticity, emotion, and strong storytelling always rise to the top.
As we wrap up the year, we’re excited to share four of our favorite reels—stories that moved us, challenged us, inspired us, and reminded us why we love this work.
1. Changing Minds – Isabel Serafin’s Personal Story
Our top reel of the year wasn’t planned, it happened by chance. At the Rethinking Addiction and Recovery Conference (RARE) in Loveland, while capturing footage for the Health District’s Changing Minds campaign, we met Isabel Serafin.
She generously offered to share her recovery story on camera. What followed was a stunningly honest, deeply moving testament to resilience, support systems, and hope. Isabel’s message—“no one is irredeemable”—echoed far beyond the reel itself.
It became one of the most powerful pieces we shared all year, reminding us of the real people, real stories, and real courage behind the work we do.
2. MRH’s 75th Anniversary – The Jourgensen Family
As part of MRH’s 75th celebration campaign, this reel features four members of the Jorgensen family, each with a unique role inside the hospital. Together, they offer viewers a behind-the-scenes look at daily life within a rural health system.
This video stands out because it blends personal connection with community spirit. It highlights how MRH isn’t just a workplace; it’s a generational commitment to service. Sharing their story felt like sharing a small piece of what makes rural healthcare so meaningful.
3. Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital – Rodeo Video
Originally designed for the rodeo’s jumbotron, this piece was a creative project from start to finish. We gathered warm, heartfelt footage and crafted a heartfelt voiceover to showcase Kit Carson County Memorial Hospital and what they offer, who they serve, and why the community matters so much.
Once the rodeo debut wrapped, we knew the video had a second life waiting for it. It was simply too good not to share. Reformatted into a social media reel, it became a beautiful snapshot of small-town pride and the care that holds a community together.
4. MRH- Dr. Johnston’s Patient Success Story
This reel is part two of a two-video series featuring Dr. Johnston from Memorial Regional Health. The first reel introduced him and his background, passions, and life outside the operating room. But the second reel, the one we’re highlighting here, shares a powerful patient success story.
It was a joy to create, especially because we were able to feature the patient herself and hear her experience in her own words. Capturing genuine gratitude and the connection between provider and patient is always special—and this reel delivered that in the most authentic way.
As we look back on these reels, we’re reminded of how lucky we are to work alongside clients who trust us with their stories. Thank you for giving us the creative freedom to explore, experiment, and bring meaningful narratives to life. Even when the footage isn’t perfect or conditions are less than ideal, the challenge of shaping something impactful is what makes this work so rewarding. Here’s to more stories, more creativity, and more shared moments in the year ahead.
