Scope of Work:

Identify 100 patients willing to participate in a national clinical trial for a new medication. The disease state is considered rare and the study’s parameters for acceptance into the trial were restrictive. No cost reimbursements were offered to participants.

Strategy:

  • Pay-per-click paid digital campaign, geotargeted to clinic sites
  • Campaign landing page with a link to an online survey
  • Social media, organic and paid (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
  • New website for organization that conducted personal interviews to lend credibility

Additional Tasks:

  • Provide assets (written and visual) for IRB approval; approval process coordinated by manufacturer
  • Work within digital platform guidelines and restrictions
  • Weekly reporting
